A guide to seller listing fees, final value fees, featured placement, buyer checkout costs, and where fee records appear.

Help Centre

Current Fee Page

The dedicated fees page shows the current marketplace fee settings, buyer checkout cost notes, and featured product placement prices.

The Marketplace Fees page is intended to explain how the current marketplace fee settings work for sellers and what buyers may see at checkout. The rates shown can be changed by the marketplace owner, so members should treat the page as the current fee guide for this marketplace.

Fees can include listing feature charges, category-based fee groups, final value fees, featured product placement charges, refund adjustments, and payment or payout-related records.

  • Check the fees page before using paid listing features.
  • Review Seller Finance for actual recorded charges.
  • Remember that category rules can affect final fees.

Seller Finance

Sellers can review recorded listing fees, payment records, refunds, and commission totals in Seller Finance.

Seller Finance gives sellers a working account view of sales, payments, fees, refunds, payouts, and commission. It is the best place to understand what has actually happened after listings and orders create records.

Because the marketplace can support different payment routes, finance records help show whether money was captured through marketplace checkout, seller-direct payment, manual payment, or another configured route.

  • Use Seller Finance for current balances and fee records.
  • Use Seller Earnings for a more report-style view.
  • Keep payout profile details up to date.
