Using the marketplace
These terms explain the basic rules for using WixSell. By using the marketplace, members agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and respect the rights of other buyers, sellers, and the marketplace operator.
This is starter marketplace content and should be reviewed and adapted before public launch.
Accounts, listings, and orders
- Account holders are responsible for keeping login details secure and account information accurate.
- Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, stock availability, pricing, delivery settings, and fulfilment.
- Buyers are responsible for checking listing details, selected options, delivery information, and order totals before checkout.
- Orders, messages, invoices, returns, disputes, and support records may be stored to operate the marketplace.
Marketplace conduct
Users must not post misleading listings, abuse support tools, interfere with the platform, copy protected content without permission, or use WixSell for unlawful activity. Listings or accounts may be reviewed, restricted, or removed where marketplace rules are breached.
